Payment for items ordered from this page must be received prior to
despatch of the goods.
Any products ordered will normally be delivered in a maximum of 7-10
days from the point of ordering. In the unlikely event of products being
out of stock you will be informed so that you can decide if you wish to
wait, cancel or re-order when in stock - no charge will be made until
ready to ship.

Returns & Refunds
Any pack may be returned within 7 days of receiving the item providing
the pack is undamaged and the software seals are intact. The cost of the
return postage is the responsibility of the person returning the item and a
full refund will be given only when the pack has been received by us in
original condition.
If the pack is faulty in any way then the pack will be repaired, updated or
replaced at our discretion (wear and tear excluded).
